Puppy's weight

I'm worried about my puppy's weight also.

She is 5 months and only weighs just about 40 lbs. She eats but it doesn't seem like she eats enough. I also give her treats.

My male is 2 1/2 years old and weighs 120. He was 40 lbs at 2 months. My Vet says she's healthy and not to worry. I feed her Royal Canin for shepherds with a can of lamb and rice 2x a day.

Is that an average weight for a 5 month old female?
