Big Cash Rivers slow growth

At 4 months. Cash was very small and malnourished weighing barely 20 lbs. He had a terrible infestation of hook worms :(
He is 11 months now and seems to be slow growing, but I am thinking now this is somewhat the build & is normal for a GSD. I am looking forward to him filling out & thickening up some!
