Candy my doggy

She's very kind to people but when it comes to other dogs she's jealous. When she was a puppy she was all black with a lil brown and so small like the size of a Chihuahua.
But now she's brown with just a lil black and she's almost a German Shepherd size but smaller. She has the markings of the GS but she's a mutt. She also likes running away a lot. Also one of her ears stands up and the other flaps.
I'd like to know what kind of mix she is?
