Charlie, my GSD mix is so little!

My little buddy's name is Charlie. I picked him up from the OKC Animal Welfare shelter a few days ago.

They said he is a German Shepard mix. He was extremely malnourished when they rescued him (about 2.5 lbs at the end of November) and now he is about 7 lbs.

He still seems very young, I would guess between 8-12 weeks, and his eyes are blue. He doesn't have the coloring of a GSD either.

I was just wondering if I should plan for the little guy to be a big adult or a small adult.
