Help me identify my gsd mix please

Her name is Mereda. Got her from friends who found her on the street.

I am guessing either GSD-Lab or GSD-Beagle

She seems to be very motivated by food - she seems to really like food :P

She is a puppy so the only exercise she gets is running around the house.

Mereda seems a bit jumpy, she likes to run and is about 7-9 kg (15-19 lb) and the vet says she is about 3-4 months old. Also, her ears have kinda fallen more than in the last 3 photos maybe because she is teething?

I'd like opinions on whether her ears will become erect or not.
