Is my GSD growth in order?

Terry at 7.5 months
Terry is now 8.5 months old. His height is around 22-23 inches and he is a bit long. I really don't know if he's doing ok.
I live in Nigeria and feed him noodles and fish, rice and fish and the other things we eat... not really dog food.
