My German Shepherd pup, Cheyenne, is 3 lbs ahead of the weight chart. She's 18 weeks old, and she weighs 43 lbs.

If she looks anything like her dad, she is going to be beautiful when she's full grown. The uploaded pic is Cheyenne when she was 11 weeks old, and she was just a few ounces behind at that time.

Her ears were already up at 8 weeks old, which was the first thing I noticed on her when my wife and I were looking to buy one. She was alert to everything that was going on, and she played the alpha very well, even though she wasn't the biggest, nor was she the smallest...
