Mya too small?

by Elaine
(Sarasota, FL)

Our 7 month old puppy is only 51 lbs. She has never really eaten well, very picky and I hope this has not effected her growth. Hopefully she will reach 65 lbs?

Don't feel bad. My GSD is 9 months old and only 50 lbs.

Mya Should Be Fine
by: Jennifer

She is just under the growth chart approximations.

My female is 16 months old and almost 70 pounds. Her parents were large - Dad was 120 and Mom was 100 - but she was the runt of the litter.

She is also a fussy eater. I have finally found a combination that she likes. Now, she licks her bowl clean morning and night. She eats Wellness Core dry food (not for puppies under 1 year) mixed with Old Mother Hubbard Cupboard Creations canned food.

It costs more, but she eats every bite and her coat is absolutely beautiful.
