Shepherd mix with shiny short non-shedding coat

My rescue dog looks like a black German shepherd with large ears, long slim legs, a very large head, white t-bone markings on chest and paws, short soft smooth shiny coat that does not shed at all. Her coat almost seems water resistant. It is the most amazing coat I've ever seen.

She is very affectionate and protective, gets along well with other dogs but lunges at cats. She does not hurt the cat though.

Impulsive and extremely nimble, she was able to leap off a balcony and land nimbly on the lower floor without missing a beat. Makes lots of vocalizations and also barks. Intelligent and sensitive.

Do you know what she is mixed with? She is probably about 1 year old and weighs just under 50 lbs.

Loves to sleep under the footrest on lazyboy chairs and always stays close to her owners or her border collie mix adopted "brother."
