Sheva - Czech German Shepherd

Sheva, a 1st gen from Czech imports, is 11 weeks old right now (today) and I think she is oversized but the vet assures me that is not the case.

She is 15.5" tall at the shoulders and weighs 22 lbs, 9 oz as of today (again, 11 weeks old as of today).
