Whiskey's Slow Start

His name is Whiskey. We got him in Wewoka, Oklahoma. He is a purebred German Shepherd.

He weighs 50 pounds and stands about 18-19 inches at the shoulders. When we got him, he weighed 6 pounds and stood 10" from top of head.

We started him on Authority dog food and now have switched to Iams Puppy Formula

He eats about 4-5 cups a day. He likes to walk at a track near my house and he plays with our hyper Australian Shepherd.

When I got Whiskey he was only 6 lbs and the runt and only male of 6 females. He has always been way under the growth chart, but his ears were up at 10 weeks and have stood straight up ever since.

His mother was about 60 lbs and the dad 75 lbs. He recently past two months, has shot up and is 6 months old now and weighs about 50 lbs.

He's lean and tall. Very playful and also very protective. He's my first German Shepherd and I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how large he will get?
