Buddy's Growth at 6.5 Months and 67 Pounds

by Dakota, Age 15
(North Carolina)

At this routine I'm fixing to explain, he is 6.5 Months old at 67 lbs and 25 inches tall!

We adopted him after an elderly couple couldn't care for him.

We feed him High Protein Pedigree. He eats 3 times a day and I run a mile with him every day also.

Anyone have a prediction of his full size?

I would reconsider running him until he is fully developed.

As I'm sure you know GSD's are notorious for hip problems especially if ran at a young age.

Diamond Puppy would be a better choice if you're looking for an inexpensive food.

At that age, he should be on a puppy food.

If you do this, my prediction on weight would be about 90 -100 lbs.

Most grocery store foods are not a good choice.
