Penelope, my rescued German Shepherd Husky mix

Her name is Penelope Rose. She was adopted from Pets Mart/Every Creature Counts.

Penelope is 8 weeks old and weighs 4 lbs 2 oz. We were looking for a medium dog and it wasn't until we had already fallen in love did we find out she was a German Shepherd Husky mix.

We would love for her to stay small, what is the likelyhood?

She eats about 1/4 cup dry food 2x a day. A few treats, but she is not overly interested. Prefers being loved on.

10 minute walks tucker her out. Granted, she is about ankle high.
