When will Nexy's ears stand up?

Hi. I am Dr. Faisal from Pakistan. Nexy is my first pet. She is 6 weeks old - a healthy and active German Shepherd.

I just wanted to know at what age will her ears stand upright.

My puppy is almost 7 months and one of her ears is still not standing up. It is the ear that has the tattoo in it.

Do you think that would have anything to do with it?

The ears will go up and down until they finish teething which usually ends around 5 months of age.
